The Proof Process
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your 1st proof. Your 1st proof is based on the information and special instructions that you provided with your order. This email is typically sent within 2-3 business days, but orders that require a high level of customization may require additional time.

Of course we strive to get it right the first time, but we know that this is not always possible. If necessary, please provide us with any corrections, revisions or clarifications regarding your product including text, image placement or image editing. Please be as specific as possible so that we can offer you the quickest turnaround time!

A 2nd proof will be emailed to you once we make any requested changes or corrections. This proof is to confirm and review any previous changes that you have requested.

These proofs are for the same design. If for any reason that you decide that the design that you have chosen, is not what you had envisioned, you may choose to see a proof of another design. We do charge a $20 set-up fee for this option.

You will receive your order in 7-10 business days from when we receive your final approval of the design.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card or Paypal. All transactions are processed using Paypal’s secure payment center. You do not need a Paypal account to use the credit cards mentioned.

Shipping Information
We offer $9.95 flat rate priority shipping for your order within the United States. Other shipping options may be available, please contact us for rates. All shipments will be insured.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for residents within Colorado based on your city and county. This will be applied at checkout.

Return Policy
Since our products are uniquely customized for you, we do not accept returns, unless there is an error with your order that was completely the fault of Zabots Design. If there was an error that was present in your final proof that you missed, we would be happy to fix it and reprint the cards at 25% off the original price.
